marmote is developped and validated on Linux (Debian/Fedora/Ubuntu), on MacOS and Windows 10.

Installation

The recommended installation is via conda.

Installation procedures

• Marmote install with conda on linux
• Marmote install with conda on MS Windows
• Marmote install with conda on macOS

In case conda is not available for some reason, you can try installing Marmote via tarballs: see the tarball page (no support provided).
